You will report to theHotel General Managerworking towards creating memorable experiences for ourguests duringtheir stay with us.You are expected to employ an organised,plannedand strategic approach to sales management, revenue generating activities and customer engagement and brand activity to achieve clear supported business results. The role is measured through key sales metrics and KPIs including monthly revenue and opportunity reporting.
ASalesManagerwillbe responsible for:
* Strong focus inidentifyingand targeting potential clients through networking and market research
* Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
* Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
* Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activities toidentifynew business opportunities
* Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management
To be successful in the role ofHotel Sales Manager, werequire:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to workindependentlyand as part of a team
* Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
