Role
The Advice Line Lead Coordinator role is to manage and develop a team of Advice Line Coordinators and Volunteers to ensure high quality and effective service delivery.
CHSS provides support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions to help them live life to the full. Advice Line practitioners provide a qualified, supportive listening ear, and all health advice is based on current Scottish and UK medical guidelines.
Responsibilities
• Manage and develop the Advice Line Coordinators and Volunteers to deliver a high-quality service.
• Ensure service delivery meets required standards and guidelines.
• Recruit volunteers and, where applicable, support induction and ongoing development.
Qualifications
• Qualification in Health or Social Care and/or demonstrable experience within health and social care settings.
• Experience in a management role and in recruiting volunteers.
• Management qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Base pay range: Not specified. Final pay will be based on skills and experience after discussion with the recruiter.
