Online Trading Assistant- Assistant Online Buyer/ Merchandiser Multi Brand Luxury Retailer
Central London - Hybrid 3/4 days in the office.

Fella and Jones have partnered with a fast-growing luxury multi-branded retailer who are growing their presence globally. They are looking for an Online Trading Assistant who loves product, thrives on data and has high attention to detail to join their growing team this is a multifaceted role which combines, buying, merchandising and online trading.
The role:
You’ll play a key part in ensuring products are commercially ready from buy through to launch—owning data accuracy, supporting buying admin, and helping keep stock and systems aligned.
Responsibilities:
* Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Brand Engagement, and Retail, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial performance.
* You will track sales and sell-through, identifying opportunities and implementing trading actions to maximise performance and reduce risk.
* Manage the order tracker during market, including chasing selections, inputting orders, ensuring accuracy whilst managing any discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate product data across all systems
* Supporting buying process with updated buy sheets, pricing, and product information
* Assisting with product uploads and launch timelines.
The Person
* Ideally, you will have a experience in buying or merchandising preferably gained in a online luxury brand.
* Highly detail-oriented with a strong data focus and strong experience using excel.
* Used to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Good understanding of the luxury branded landscape
* Use of shopify
* Proactive, organised, and reliable.
