Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
* Friday: 07:30 - 13:00
About the Role:
We are looking for Assembly Operatives to join our client's team based in Walton Summit, Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and progress in a production environment. Full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with production line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Adhere to strict health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed production targets.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Experience in a similar production role is preferred but not essential.
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Starting wage: £11.44 per hour
Potential pay increase: £12.44 per hour after continued service.
Overtime: Available at the normal rate (voluntary, no premium)
