Job Responsibility:
Here at PharmaGroup we are looking for a well organised individual to fill a gap in our customer services and administrative team. You will be based in Conwy working at our site HQ.
The hours are 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to help provide planned holiday cover as and when needed.
Salary is to be discussed during the interview.
Job Overview
The role will include the below duties:
* Dealing with retail and trade customers orders and enquiries via email and telephone.
* Managing customer accounts, invoicing and statements.
* Placing orders with suppliers and managing the order process.
* Answering online queries raised on Zendesk.
* Answering phone calls and directing calls to the correct department / person.
* Taking sales orders over the telephone.
