Were looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting two homes in Weston-super-Mare, caring for children aged 8-18 years old. The children youll support may have lived through trauma. They need help to: Understand and manage their emotions Build and maintain positive relationships Learn key life skills that set them up for success Youll need patience and a calm approach, working alongside them as they navigate teenage life. Youll be supporting the young people in the morning getting them ready to access education. Supporting in the evening and social outings over the weekend. Youll be providing a 24-hour care in warm, welcoming 3-bedroom house.
