We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Concierge to join the team here at Trump Turnberry
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests with Concierge services including entertainment & dining bookings, sending and receiving courier packages and directing guests within and outside of the Hotel.
Position Requirements
* Make bookings for Concierge Services as requested by guests
* Advise guests on local area (tourism or business locations, sights or events)
* Welcome guests and direct them to Reception
* Know regular guest names and requirements
* Accurate knowledge of hotel facilities and services
* Answer guest questions and resolve guest problems.
* To carry out any other duties as required
Candidate Specification:
* Must be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in local language (English) to facilitate the communication process.
* Relevant experience within the hospitality industry
* Must be able to communicate effectively in English
* Must be extremely customer focused and passionate about providing 5-star Customer Experience
* Must be proactive in solving guest problems
* Driving License is required.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
