We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join a growing property sales team. This is a varied role involving the marketing and sale of residential properties, managing offers, and guiding transactions through to agreement.
You will act as a key point of contact for vendors, buyers, estate agents, and professional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

As a Sales Negotiator, your key responsibilities will be:
5. Manage a portfolio of residential properties from marketing through to offer acceptance.
6. Provide vendors with regular feedback, market insight, and activity updates.
7. Agree marketing strategies and action plans with local agents and stakeholders.
8. Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible result.
9. Prepare accurate Memorandum of Sales using verified information.
10. Complete all required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on prospective purchasers.
11. Recommend and coordinate financial and legal services to support agreed timescales.
12. Liaise closely with the Sales Progression team to ensure a smooth handover after offer acceptance.
13. Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
14. Produce weekly reports on property performance and marketing activity.
15. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service while managing expectations.
16. Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries regarding property progress.
17. Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain service levels and deadlines.
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:

25. Previous experience in a sales negotiator role within estate agency or residential property sales.
26. A good understanding of how the property sales process works.
27. Experience using CRM or similar property management systems.
