About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing UK-based automotive platform that connects drivers with a nationwide network of trusted garages. Their innovative online service makes car servicing simple, transparent, and hassle-free.
Due to continued growth, they are expanding their sales team and are looking for a driven Outbound Sales Executive to support the expansion of their garage network across the UK.
The Role
This is a high-energy, outbound sales position suited to someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by earning potential.
You will play a key role in onboarding new garage partners, helping them grow their customer base by leveraging the platform’s consistent flow of business—removing the need for traditional marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to garage owners
* Present and promote the benefits of joining the platform
* Secure new business through effective sales techniques
* Manage your own pipeline and consistently meet targets
* Handle objections and negotiate commercial agreements
* Build and maintain strong business relationships
* Operate within a fast-paced, results-focused sales environment
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B telesales or outbound sales
* Confident making 80–120+ calls per day
* Strong objection handling and closing skills
* Target-driven with a competitive mindset
* Motivated by commission and exceeding goals
* Positive, resilient, and proactive attitude
* Automotive knowledge is advantageous but not essential
