Job Overview
To be a successful Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding. Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achieved.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
* Ensure the smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
* Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible.
Qualifications
* Passion for customers, people and products, with an energetic approach to work that inspires and motivates others.
* Team player who performs best in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment, with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work naturally with people at all levels, remaining calm and approachable even under pressure.
* Problem‑solving ability, sound business decision making, confidence in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas for the business.
* Confidence with people issues.
* Effective multi‑tasker capable of planning, organising and prioritising workload.
* Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets desirable but not essential.
