Role Highlights: Full-time, permanent position at a vibrant secondary school in Bromley Provide support for students with various special educational needs, both in the classroom and through one-to-one or small group interventions Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons that are differentiated to meet the individual needs of students Help implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to track student progress and set meaningful targets Foster a positive and inclusive environment, encouraging students to engage, participate, and achieve their potential Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, promoting confidence and self-esteem Collaborate with SENCO, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible support Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN support role is desirable A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs A proactive and positive approach to supporting students’ learning and well-being Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
