We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This is a hands-on and rewarding opportunity to step into a key role with variety and responsibility!
Duties Will Include
* Managing and processing monthly payroll
* Leading and supporting a small team
* Ensuring compliance with HMRC and payroll legislation
* Producing payroll reports and year-end submissions
* Acting as the main HR contact, advising on policy, recruitment, and employee relations
* Supporting staff onboarding, training, and development
* Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR
The Successful Candidate Will
* Have proven payroll and HR experience
* Have great attention to detail and be confident with deadlines
* Have the ability to lead and motivate others and possess excellent communication skills
* Be comfortable handling confidential information professionally
