To ensure accurate and up-to-date input into NHS Jobs and ESR (Electronic Staff Records) systems, including routine quality control checks.
Awareness of all recruitment procedures, including Equal Opportunities, declaration of convictions, and Data Protection Act requirements, ensuring compliance at all times.
To maintain personal files and computerized records for accurate information and budgetary purposes, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Codes of Practice.
Participate in departmental reception duties, including handling telephone enquiries.
Perform any other duties commensurate with the post and grade.
