THE EMPLOYER IS: BELFAST CLEANING COMPANY Belfast Cleaning Company Ltd. (BCC) is looking for a dedicated and experienced cleaner to join our professional team. We are seeking a reliable individual who can deliver the high standards of care and professionalism that our clients expect in both residential and commercial settings. This is a secure, well-paid, within a supportive and growing company. Due to our business expanding we are looking for new cleaners to join our team. If you are successful in this role we could offer you a full time job with us at the end of this program.
Responsibilities
* Office and Residential Cleaning: Perform both regular and one-off cleaning services for various offices and private homes.
* Quality Control: Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the company's high standards.
* Multi-Site Attendance: Travel to and work at different city centre locations as required.
* Adherence to Client Instructions: Understand and strictly comply with the specific cleaning requirements and instructions provided by each customer.
* Reliability and Punctuality: Maintain a high level of professionalism by being punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Professional Cleaning Experience: Possession of at least 1 year of experience in a professional cleaning environment.
* Customer Service Focus: The ability to represent the company well while working in client homes and offices.
* Licensing: Possession of a valid Driving Licence is required.
Desirable Skills
* Experience: 1 year of professional cleaning experience is preferred.
* Sector Knowledge: Previous experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
* Location: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Belfast or plan to relocate before starting work.
* Work Authorisation: Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
