Position Summary
The Marketing Analytics Analyst II will analyze and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms, driving data-informed decisions and improving ROI.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement analytics strategies for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Manage and analyze data from sources like Google Analytics, paid advertising, and social media.
* Create reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance.
* Identify trends and optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align analytics with business goals.
* Design and analyze customer experience metrics, including NPS and satisfaction surveys.
* Stay updated on industry trends in marketing analytics.
Education/Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
* 3+ years in marketing analytics or similar role.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and paid advertising platforms.
* Experience with social media tools, data visualization (Tableau, Power BI), and CX metrics.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with marketing automation, SQL, Python, and A/B testing.
* Knowledge of the firearms industry and regulations is a plus.
Working Conditions
* Sitting at a desk, using a computer, performing repetitive tasks.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and wear PPE as required.
* Compliance with safety and security policies.
