As TA Manager, you will be responsible for proactively attracting talent to the business, creating a wide talent pool of candidates and increasing the brand and reputation whilst ensuring a brilliant candidate experience.
You'll be working closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, advising on best recruitment practices and coming up with creative, proven strategies to attract the best people.
Working with managers to upskill them, introduce new interview techniques and support them with retention and engaging their teams.
Ensuring consistency across the business is key so you'll be integral to streamlining processes, ensuring recruitment is harmonised across functions and sharing best practice.
Using data and metrics to look at what works well within the business, making improvements to ensure a robust and slick recruitment process for all roles.
Embedding new D&I initiatives to ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process.
Essential you've managed a sizeable TA team previously, be a natural leader who can bring energy, passion and embed new industry leading ways of working.
Champion the recruitment team internally, raising the profile with hiring managers and working closely with marketing to promote the TA offering.
This is a great opportunity for someone to work with an inspirational HRD, partner with a great SLT to drive the right behaviours and make a difference. You'll have a background in volume hiring as well as hiring for head office and exec level roles.
Salary c.60k plus bens.
