Our client is seeking a dynamic Global Head of Aftersales to define world-class aftersales standards, strengthen capability across regions, and drive commercial growth across passenger, fleet, and LCV segments.
Key responsibilities:
* Define global aftersales standards, KPIs, and best-practice playbooks.
* Monitor market performance and advise regions on profitability and revenue opportunities.
* Build global communities of practice and uplift capability across all markets.
* Support markets and OEMs, including emerging Chinese and EV brands, with expert guidance.
* Drive efficiency and growth through systems upgrades, process optimisation, and data insights.
* Shape aftersales strategy for fleet and LCV operations and support new brand integrations.
The successful candidate will bring:
* Proven track record senior aftersales experience, including regional/global LCV exposure.
* Strong commercial and technical expertise across parts, service, and workshop operations.
* Proven success influencing across multi-country, matrixed environments - not just UK dealer operations.
* Experience delivering global programmes and scaling toolkits/playbooks.
* Deep understanding of aftersales systems, service planning tools, and analytics.
* Collaborative, pragmatic, data-driven style with excellent stakeholder engagement.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
