As the Floor Manager of The Steamhouse Kitchen, your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with and supporting the on Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business.
* Leading by example, motivating, and developing the Front of House team in all aspects of service.
* Maintaining and improving operational procedures to meet our high standards.
* Ensuring that all products leaving the kitchen or the business adhere to our brand standards, and training your team to do the same.
* Ensuring adequate staffing levels for all roles during your shifts.
* Maintaining open and effective communication with the kitchen team and fostering a strong Front of House and Back of House relationship.
* Delivering exceptional customer service to uphold our high standards.
* Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations to keep our team and guests safe.
* Acting as the General Manager's deputy to cover during holidays or sickness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
