Job Description:
* Handle air export shipments from quotation to final delivery.
* Complete export documentation and ensure customs compliance.
* Liaise with airlines, carriers, and overseas agents.
* Manage bookings and track shipments.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain key client relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in air export freight forwarding.
* Knowledge of industry systems (e.g., CargoWise, ASM).
