We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and process-driven professional to join our team. You’ll work alongside a collaborative group focused on continuous improvement, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

1. Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customers, managing requests and escalations across internal teams
2. Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
3. Attend regular customer meetings and conference calls, independently or with the Account Manager
4. Communicate proactively with customers, managing expectations and ensuring follow-through
5. Lead the setup of new hardware, data updates, and system changes (Gems/TMS)
6. Process customer purchase orders and ensure deadlines and expectations are met
7. Collaborate with Procurement to maintain appropriate stock levels
8. Prepare monthly billing and management information (MI) reports
9. Document and maintain internal processes
10. Work cross-functionally to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved
11. Support the Account Manager in delivering against revenue targets
12. Take on additional tasks as reasonably required

18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
19. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
20. A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset
21. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
22. High levels of motivation, initiative, and attention to details
23. Experience in a similar role
24. Familiarity with SAP
25. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
