To offer selected students and potential officers of the Army Reserve the chance to develop their leadership potential through the medium of military and adventurous training with the twin purpose of promoting regular or reserve service with the Army and of creating a positive impression of the Army among individual participants and university communities more broadly. Responsibilities: 1. To support the Det Comd and OC in the planning and execution of Coy Level activities 2. Deliver imaginative training in line with the Modular training syllabus and in accordance with the CO's Trg Directive. 3. Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts. 4. Carry out administrative tasks as directed. 5. Provide support to PSIs when requested. 6. Any other task as directed by the CoC.
