As Completions Team Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, drive efficiency, and implement strategic change. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.

* Drive performance through coaching, reviews, and development.
* Manage resources to meet SLAs and business goals.
* Foster a culture of engagement, motivation, and accountability.
* Strengthen client relationships and support operational reviews.
* Champion process improvements and risk management.

🧠What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing teams in operational environments (Financial Services/regulatory experience a plus).
* Strong analytical and KPI management skills.
* Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication abilities.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
