HGV Class 2 Drivers Wanted – £15.00/hour – Immediate Start
Pure Staff Birmingham is now recruiting reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 drivers on behalf of a long-standing customer in the Manchester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing work, starting immediately.
The Role
1. Operating curtain-side (slider) vehicles, Box Vehicals
2. 4-5 drops per day with minimal handball
3. Secure loads using ratchet straps
4. Shifts average 8 hours per day
What We’re Looking For
5. Minimum 6 months’ experience driving HGV Class 2
6. Held a Class 2 licence for at least 1 year
7. Confident using ratchet straps
8. Experience with Multi Drop is essential
9. Maximum of 6 penalty points – no major endorsements
10. Good communication and a flexible, can-do attitude
11. Solid knowledge of UK roads and safe driving practices
Shift Pattern
12. Monday to Friday
13. Start times between 05:00 – 06:00 AM
14. Average shift length: 8 hours
15. Potential for temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidate
