Airsat Real Estate, an independent and dynamic property agency in Bristol, is seeking for a proactive and organised Lettings & Marketing Administrator to support our fast growing business.

Key Responsibilities
Lettings Administration:
* Answering incoming calls and handling general enquiries
* Managing staff diaries
* Managing the office during viewings and staff absences
* Supporting the tenancy progression process, including sending and managing documents
* Responding to emails and maintaining excellent communication with tenants and landlords
* Organising keys, viewings, and keeping internal systems up to date
* Assisting with all other general administrative tasks as required
Marketing & Content:
* Creating and posting regular content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter etc.)
* Writing and uploading blog posts to the website
* Assisting with property marketing (photos, descriptions, online listings)
* Monitoring engagement and helping grow our online presence
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* Confident with technology and digital platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools etc).
* A strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Experienced in administration
* Creative with a good eye for detail and a flair for content creation
Working Hours & Benefits:
