Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in the Pontefract area.

Hours
4-day working week rotation.
* Week 1 – Monday to Thursday - 2pm – 12am
* Week 2 – Tuesday to Friday – 6am – 4pm
* Week 3 – Monday to Thursday - 5am – 3pm
* Week 4 – Tuesday to Friday – 6am – 4pm
Salary
£44,000

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
* Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Build an effective working relationship with Engineers and Management Teams.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery.
* Contribute to the installing and commissioning of new machinery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
* ONC in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or similar role.
* Worked within a high-speed, manufacturing environment.
* Good working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
