Location: Milton Keynes (MK5)
Shift patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours (08:00-16:30)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We are currently looking for a Receptionist to play an important front of house role.
Responsibilities
* To exceed and manage customer expectations by coordinating the supply and handover process of all branded Company ECO & Loan scheme vehicles
* Fully embrace the collective team's aim to maintain the high satisfaction rating achieved monthly by offering a friendly and professional service to all our customers
* Processing of payments for damaged vehicles
* Processing refunds
* Data input into Vehicle Management System
* Greeting and assisting drivers with queries onsite
* Liaising closely with vehicle inspectors
Qualifications
* Previous Reception/front of house experience is essential
* Strong Administration skills
* Proven track record in a customer service environment
* Previous vehicle ordering experience is desirable
* Excellent communication both verbally and written
* Be proactive and forward-thinking with great organisation skills
* IT literate - knowledge of Microsoft package. System training will be provided (Fleet Drive system)
