Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join an established IT asset management business based in Redditch.
Our client operates a busy warehouse and operations facility in Redditch, offering a competitive salary, strong holiday entitlement and a clear remit to drive continuous improvement across the operation.

* Full-time permanent position
* Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
* £28,000 to £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 32 days holiday per year

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:
* Supporting the day-to-day running of warehousing, production and distribution operations
* Managing stock control and reconciling inventory with the warehouse management system
* Maintaining health, safety, hygiene and security standards across the facility
* Coaching, motivating and managing operational staff including conducting staff reviews
* Collaborating with warehouse managers to develop actionable plans for loss prevention and productivity
* Supporting warehouse administration and data input as required
To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 year's experience xsngvjr in a warehouse supervisor or equivalent role
* Sound knowledge of 5S, WMS systems and warehouse administration
* Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
* An IOSH Managing Safely qualification or similar H&S certification is advantageous
