Role Overview
We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators to join our expanding team. This role involves working 12-hour shifts in a rotating pattern of 3 days on, 3 days off, 3 nights on, and 3 nights off. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced machinery, ensuring seamless and efficient production processes.
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor machinery to maintain efficient production levels.
* Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues to reduce downtime.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Accurately record production data and complete necessary documentation.
