Music Teacher – Part-Time (2 Days a Week)
Are you a passionate, creative, and inspiring Music Teacher looking to share your love of music with young learners? This fantastic Enfield primary school is seeking a talented educator to join their vibrant and diverse community two days a week (Monday and Tuesday) from January.
This inclusive and welcoming school prides itself on being an amazing place to learn, grow, and succeed. With a strong commitment to nurturing every child, the school offers a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where creativity thrives—making it the perfect setting for a Music Teacher who wants to make a real impact.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality music lessons across EYFS to Year 6, ensuring pupils develop confidence, technical skills, and a genuine enjoyment of music. While specialising in one instrument is ideal, you must feel comfortable delivering lessons involving a variety of instruments. The role also involves supporting school events, concerts, and performances, including occasional after-school event time.
QTS is not required, but solid classroom experience and strong musical ability are essential.
What We’re Looking For
• A confident, enthusiastic music practitioner
• Experience teaching music across primary age groups
• Ability to inspire a love of music in children of all abilities
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment
If you’re excited to bring your musical expertise to a setting that values creativity and inclusion, we’d love to hear from you!
