Role of a Support Worker
Are you a passionate support worker wanting to make a difference in the lives of children & young adults with complex needs? We are currently looking for driven staff to join one of our clients in High Wycombe providing support and services to those in need.
Duties:
* Providing support and intervention to Children & support children and young people with learning disabilities aged 11 to 19 who have complex behavioural needs.
* Working closely with colleague’s support packages that meet the needs of service users.
* Joining in daily activities
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work to be able work independently and as a team.
Requirements:
* Enhanced Child & adults DBS. on update service
* Minimum 3 months plus experience working as a chef.
* Effective communication & interception skills
* Must have previous experience working with Children
