Night Shift Maintenance Engineer - Lincolnshire
Salary: £54,000 + Bonus | Nights: 4 on, 4 off (6pm - 6am)
We're recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing business at their site in Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to work within a modern, well-invested facility that places a strong emphasis on reliability and continuous improvement.

The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer on the night shift, you'll play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and reducing downtime. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production and packaging machinery
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
* Working closely with production and engineering teams to maximise equipment uptime
* Ensuring all maintenance activity complies with food safety and health & safety regulations
* Contributing to site-wide improvement initiatives
