Their portfolio includes major groundworks projects involving roads, sewers, deep drainage, enabling works, hard landscaping, foundations, and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Commercial Director, manage residential groundworks projects valued up to £3 million.
* Oversee the commercial aspects of each package.
* Perform measurement and valuation of various civil engineering and groundworks packages.
* Prepare monthly payment applications for allocated projects.
* Identify and price client variations; negotiate and agree on variations.
* Prepare subcontract tender enquiry documents and review submitted tenders.
* Manage payment of subcontract accounts.
* Conduct monthly meetings with the Commercial Director and Commercial Manager.
Requirements
* Previous experience in groundworks, especially residential groundworks, is advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
* Valid driving licence to travel to live sites across the South of England.
