Regional Sales Manager – Trade & Wholesale Channels
Location: Scotland
Salary: Up to £48,000 basic + £15,000–£20,000 bonus + Company Car + Benefits
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established UK manufacturer that's investing heavily in new product design, new markets, and new thinking.
For decades the business has been known for its reliability and consistency, but over the last few years it's undergone a transformation — serious investment, fresh ideas, and a wave of innovative new products that many long-standing customers haven't yet seen.
They're now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take that message out across Scotland and Northern Ireland, driving growth through education, relationships and commercial flair.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a well-established territory with a loyal customer base and plenty of untapped opportunity.
Your job is to help customers rediscover the brand — showing them what's new, what's improved and what's coming next.
This isn't a role for a “call counter” or merchandiser; it's for a relationship builder who enjoys consultative selling, product education and genuine business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow an established customer base across the region
Re-engage long-term accounts and introduce exciting new product ranges
Educate, support and train customers on the latest innovations
Identify new commercial opportunities and close profitable deals
Represent a trusted, high-quality brand with the freedom to shape your territory
The Person
We're open-minded about your background — what matters is your approach .
You may have managed retail or trade accounts, worked for a manufacturer or distributor, or built strong relationships across a business-to-business environment.
If you know how to manage a region, grow accounts and sell through value rather than volume, you'll fit right in.
You'll bring:
A proven record in business-to-business or account-based sales
Experience developing trade or retail relationships
Strong territory management and organisational skills
Energy, curiosity and confidence presenting new ideas
Ambition to build something and make a name for yourself
The Package Up to £48,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
£15,000–£20,000 annual bonus potential
Company car, expenses and full benefits package
Long-term career opportunity with a respected and evolving brand
The Opportunity
If you're tired of pushing the same products and want to get behind a business that's genuinely evolving — with the investment, innovation and reputation to match — this is your chance to make an impact.
You'll inherit a trusted name, a strong base of loyal customers, and an exciting pipeline of new products ready to take to market.
If you're looking for a role where you can educate, influence and grow, this is it.
