Job Description: Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the overall successful delivery of a project in an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. You will be responsible for the following:
1. Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
2. Deliver applications, services, products, or platforms
3. Ensure appropriate governance, standards, and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
4. Responsible for the delivery team within multi-supplier engagements
5. Supporting presales and business development efforts to expand existing business, including production of contractual documentation such as Statements of Work. You may also be involved in supporting bid responses.
6. Motivating and empowering your team to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values
Qualifications: Significant experience managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of technology projects in Financial Services, consultancy experience, managing and leading delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements, understanding technology solutions and challenges, effective communication and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, presales and business development experience, and ability to build high-caliber delivery teams.
