We are seeking a cheerful and dedicated HR Assistant to join our client's team in Abbey Wood. If you are immediately available and have experience in a HR position we would love to hear from you.
Role: HR Assistant
Location: Abbey Wood
Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Term: Temporary on-going
Start: ASAP
Respond to queries, both face to face, via email and telephone
Attend and take part in team meetings & regular reviews with line manager, take notes at HR related meetings
Provide admin support to the senior HR team including diary management, typing of notes, co-ordinating papers for meetings etc
To provide administrative support to senior HR staff in relation to recruitment, training and development and employee relations e.g. preparing material/collating information and send out packs
Data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing and typing duties etc
Deal with internal and external post and emails on a day to day basis
Support the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records.
Meet and greet visitors to the HR department as required.
Maintain filing systems in line with HR procedures
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
Experience in a HR role.
Proficiency in Microsoft systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
