Are you an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in driving continous improvement? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and have a passion for delivering on complex products?\n\nAurora Lifesciences are now working with an exciting company based in Greater Manchester, who now have a requirement for a Quality Engineer to work closely with the Quality Leadership team to support in improving quality assurance and compliance processes within the organisation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Maintain and monitor calibration and testing systems\n\n * Support Measurement Systems Analysis and process capability assessments\n\n * Conduct internal audits and support both internal and external audit processes\n\n * Track and analyze Right First Time (RTF) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) data\n\n * Collaborate across departments to enhance quality performance and communication\n\n * Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and quality tools for continuous improvement\n\n * Manage and input Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)\n\n * Support regulatory compliance, change management, and KPI monitoring\n\n * Contribute to the implementation of the quality policy and strategy\n\n * Develop a strong quality culture across the organization\n\n * Coordinate calibration and equipment across different sites\n\n * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards\n\n * Actively participate in EHS management system reviews and improvements\n\nKey Skills\n\n- Lead Auditor Qualified ISO9001 or ISO13485\n\n- Structured Problem Solving Abilities (Root Cause Analysis, 5Ys)\n\n- Understanding of Quality Tools & Techniques\n\n- CAPAs / NCRs\n\nTo discuss this exciting opportunity further please contact Matthew Moulton
