Key Responsibilities:
* Greet, check-in, and check-out guests professionally and efficiently
* Handle reservations, guest requests, wake-up calls, and guest messages
* Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations
* Manage cash and payment transactions with accuracy and integrity
* Use electronic tools to coordinate with hotel teams and enhance service delivery
* Resolve guest issues promptly with empathy and follow-through
* Assist concierge/bell services as needed and provide local recommendations
* Uphold front office procedures, guest privacy, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
* Education: Hotel & Restaurant Management degree preferred
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a boutique or luxury hotel front desk role
Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with Opera PMS (an asset)
* Proficient in Google Workspace
Other Requirements:
* Flexible availability, including overnight shifts
* Strong communication and guest service skills
* Ability to handle emergency calls and coordinate responses calmly
