Curriculum Manager – Creative Arts
Join Kingston College as a Curriculum Manager – Creative Arts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality education across the Creative Industries School.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the curriculum area.
* Act as an active member of the School Management Group (SMG) and effectively apply college procedures, including student monitoring, staff appraisals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
* Drive growth and manage changes to the curriculum as required, ensure full compliance with funding body regulations, and act as a Safeguarding Officer for the School and specifically at the Creative Industries Centre site.
* Maintain professional competency in key college systems and familiarity with all college policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent in an applicable art & design subject (preferably digital arts, graphic design or photography).
* Management qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Teaching qualification and proven track record of improving and managing a high‑quality curriculum.
* Sound knowledge of the curriculum offered in the Section and a firm grasp of current and impending national changes.
* Proven record of effective curriculum development and growth with demonstrable leadership and management skills in the context of curriculum and staff management.
