You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and an external agency partner to drive performance, efficiency and patient acquisition.Support the setup, optimisation and ongoing management of paid search and paid social campaignsWork alongside external agencies to help manage campaigns, briefs, performance reviews and optimisation activityAssist with campaign delivery across platforms such as Google Ads and paid social advertising channelsMonitor performance and report against agreed KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvementCarry out keyword research, audience targeting and ad creative testingSupport budget management and efficient use of media spendCollaborate with SEO, Content, CRM and wider marketing teams to maximise performance.Support local and national marketing activity across our network of practicesOpportunity to leverage CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) to enhance workflows and lead management, with prior CRM experience beneficial but not essential.An ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience in paid media or digital marketing, either in-house or agency side, with a strong interest in both paid search and paid social.
