o A Head Chef to lead a busy quality Gastro Pub with Rooms
o To continually drive standards of food and drinks service forward
o A Head Chef to take full P&L responsibility
o Developing a high-performing and motivated team

o The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a busy environment
o Experience with managing large teams is a must
o You with have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service
o The successful Head Chef will have led fresh food operations

o Must come from a busy Hotel or premium gastro pub background
