Raynsford Care Ltd are recruiting a DEPUTY SERVICE MANAGER to support our supported living services in Gloucester.
We support individuals with mental health within their own homes in the Gloucester area.

The candidate must have the following:
* Minimum of 3 years in a care setting with experience in supporting adults with mental health.
* Previous experience as a senior support worker/ team leader
* Relevant training to be able to carry out this job role
* A level 3 diploma in health and social care or a willingness to work towards this qualification
* A motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a therapeutic approach to both the individuals we support and your staff teams.
* The confidence to lead a team through all circumstances
* Partake in on-call and provide support (both via phone and in person) outside of your working hours
* Rota management ensuring commissioned hours are met and hours are flexible to meet the needs of the individuals.
* Daily care of the people we support including medication management.
* Administrative duties including safeguarding and CQC reporting.
* Finance management associated with the home
* Domestic management within the home
* Staff supervision and return to work interviews
* Auditing all aspects of the services.
Hours will be on a shift basis covering the needs of the services.
Rate of pay - basic salary based on 40hrs per week £14 per hour weekdays, £15 weekend
Sleep-ins available at £67 per night.

Pay: £29,120.00-£33,644.00 per year
