We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a full time temp – perm basis. This role will see you working as part of a small team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided to their clients.
Duties include:
1. Support a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
2. Answering customer and client enquiries via telephone and email
3. Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
4. Keeping record of customer interactions
5. Processing customer orders and returns
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
