Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse program of activities and events that cater to the interests and needs of the residents. This may include organizing social events, recreational activities, arts and crafts, educational workshops, and outings. You will work closely with the care team to understand the individual preferences and abilities of the residents, and ensure that the activities promote their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar role, or a background in the care or activities coordination sector, is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly are essential.
