The Role
We are hiring a Head of Commercial to join the organisation in a key post. As the owner of Zudu’s commercial performance, you will have responsibility for building out a predictable sales pipeline and also evolving the existing sales strategy in line with the next phases of Zudu’s growth. You’ll drive new business acquisition and develop relationships with key industry partners whilst strengthening Zudu’s position across AI enablement, digital transformation and bespoke software delivery. Working with the CEO, you’ll be a valued member of the leadership team, ensuring commercial strategy, pipeline quality and delivery capability are tightly aligned.
You Should Have
* A proven track record in a commercial role within software, technology or digital consultancy
* Experience of selling complex technical solutions through targeted outbound activity and market engagement
* Superb stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to encourage collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams in order to maximise sales opportunities
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and gain buy-in from multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
* The ability to take ownership of sales performance, targets and pipeline with a structured sales approach built on clarity and accountability
