What You'll Do:
* Run exhibition(s) from behind the scenes, from onsite operations to exhibitor services.
* Be part of the team during build-up, live days & breakdown.
* Create slick schedules, manage contractors, and keep everything on time and on plan.
* Own the floorplan, exhibitor portal, welcome packs & branding.
* Liaise with exhibitors, stakeholders & suppliers to keep things flowing.
* Support budgeting, health & safety, and team development.
* Deliver post-event reports and drive improvements.
* Keep the Innovation Showcase and sponsorships on point.
* Provide cross event operational support on all Mercator's maritime exhibitions including the Icelandic Fisheries & Aquaculture Exhibition.
What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years' experience in exhibition operations.
* A cool head, sharp eye for detail, and love for live events.
* Confidence juggling multiple tasks and leading onsite delivery.
* A proficient user of Microsoft applications.
* Ability to work using your own initiative and muck in wherever necessary.
