Reception / Administrator Required

📍 Whitehaven

⏰ Part-Time or Full-Time

Our client, a well established Estate Agency is looking for a friendly, organised and professional Reception / Administrator to join their busy Whitehaven office. This important role is often the first point of contact for their clients, so a positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.


The Role

Based in their Whitehaven office, you will provide a welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced estate agency environment.


Key Duties

* Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and approachable manner
* Handling incoming telephone calls and emails
* Booking and coordinating property viewings and appointments
* Keeping records up to date on the agency system
* Preparing property details, correspondence and basic documents
* Providing administrative support to negotiators and managers
* Ensuring the reception and front office area remains tidy and presentable


About You

* Previous experience in a reception or office administration role is desirable
* Estate agency experience is an advantage but not essential
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment


Working Hours

* Part-time or full-time hours considered
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
