ABC Teachers are currently recruiting for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day and part-time basis across primary schools in and around the central Dudley area. This role will include the following: Supporting as classroom cover as well as covering teachers PPA time while in the school. Covering members of staff and year groups where needed. Support the class as a whole as well as supporting with potential interventio groups and students on a 1:1 basis. Great opportunity for ECTs to work on practice as well as build a good rapport with a school in their local area. Requirements To be considered for the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant position, you will: Have prior working in a primary school environment and be willing to work across all primary year groups. Have confidence in supporting and leading a classroom. Be able to work well alongside permanent staff members. Will need an NVQ Level 4 qualification, or an educational degree. Be able to gain references from most recent relevant role. Able to obtain a valid DBS registered to the update service.
