* Ensure compliance with UK apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and regulatory requirements.

2. Talent Attraction & Recruitment

* Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates for logistics-related degree apprenticeships.
* Manage the entire selection process: screening, assessment, interviews, and offer management.
* Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and training providers across the UK.

3. Apprentice Onboarding & Development

* Coordinate the onboarding process for new apprentices, ensuring a smooth transition into JD Logistics.
* Partner with academic institutions to align curriculum with JD’s operational needs and company values.
* Monitor apprentice progress, provide career guidance, and facilitate mentorship within JD Logistics teams.

4. Program Management & Evaluation

* Track apprentice performance, retention, and completion rates against KPIs.
* Gather feedback from apprentices, managers, and educators to continuously improve the program.
* Prepare and manage the apprenticeship levy and budget for the UK logistics division.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

* Act as the primary point of contact for UK HR Business Partners, logistics operations managers, and university partners.
* Facilitate regular reviews between JD Logistics leadership and academic partners.
* Promote the apprenticeship program internally and externally to enhance JD’s employer brand in the UK.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in apprenticeship program management, talent acquisition, or graduate recruitment within the UK.
* Strong understanding of the UK apprenticeship framework, including standards, funding, and assessment processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with academic institutions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred
