Job Spec:
* Overall IT experience of 10-15 years of experience with about 10 years in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technologies
* Strong experience as Business Analyst & have a strong technical background and works closely with IT teams to implement solutions.
* Uses data analysis and reporting tools to provide insights into business performance
* Excellent domain experience in Insurance
* Excellent written and oral communications
* Excellent in development & documenting solution requirements, including specifications, business cases, creating wireframes and report templates
* Experience in interviewing stakeholders, analyzes business needs, and documents requirements for new systems or improvements.
* Excellent experience in consulting assignments and eliciting business requirements
* Handon on Power BI & good knowledge on AWS ecosystem
* Exposure to specialty lines (e.g., financial institutions, cyber, political risk, M&A insurance) is highly preferred.
* Understanding of reinsurance value chain (facultative, treaty, binder, slip creation, bordereaux).
* Some experience on ETL area is preferred.

Role Details:
* Work with business users to understand the requirements
* Convert the business requirements to technical requirements.
* Conduct white boarding/consulting assignments with customers
* Conduct brainstorming sessions to drive consensus
* Elicit BI needs and wireframes

* Document UAT test cases and drive UAT part of the project, documenting test metrics
