Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
9. Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
10. Assisting with menu development and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
11. Maintaining impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
12. Training, motivating and inspiring junior team members to achieve excellence
13. Ensuring smooth service during busy periods while maintaining consistency and quality
